Job summary

Aarvi Encon is seeking a ServiceNow Developer to support development, configuration, integration, automation, testing, deployment, and production support on the ServiceNow platform, with emphasis on Security Operations and cybersecurity-aligned use cases.

The role involves collaborating with cybersecurity stakeholders, implementing automation and remediation workflows, and delivering end-to-end service delivery in an Agile environment.

Qualifications

• Strong hands-on experience developing and configuring solutions on the ServiceNow platform, including custom applications, workflows, integrations, Flow Designer, Integration Hub, Scripted APIs, Business Rules, and UI components.
• Experience with ServiceNow Security Operations modules including SPC, VR, SIR, and OTM.
• Strong experience in integrations, orchestration, REST/SOAP APIs, Integration Hub, MID Server, and Flow Designer.
• Knowledge of cybersecurity domains including Vulnerability Management, Security Posture Management, Compliance, Risk Management, and Identity & Access Management.
• Experience integrating ServiceNow with security platforms such as Microsoft Defender, Microsoft Sentinel, SailPoint, BeyondTrust, Symantec and more
• Working knowledge of CMDB, Discovery, Service Mapping, Asset Management, and Configuration Compliance.
• Experience implementing workflow automation, remediation workflows, exception management, and security reporting.
• Ability to support end-to-end delivery including requirements analysis, design, development, testing, deployment, and production support.
• Experience working in Agile/Scrum environments and collaborating with Service Managers, Product Owners, and Cybersecurity stakeholders.

Responsibilities

• Develop and configure ServiceNow solutions including custom apps, workflows, and UI components.
• Integrate ServiceNow with security platforms and third-party tools using REST/SOAP APIs and Flow Designer.
• Leverage Security Operations modules to support cybersecurity use cases.
