Epam Systems in Hyderabad is seeking a Servicenow Developer with 5–14 years of IT services experience to design, develop, test, deploy and maintain ITSM solutions on the ServiceNow platform.

You will build custom workflows, integrations and reports, work with CMDB, and troubleshoot ITSM processes, delivering technical guidance to end users and ensuring reliable service delivery.

• 5–14 years in IT Services & Consulting with ITSM/CSM/CMDB/ITOM expertise.
• Strong CMDB concepts and ITSM process understanding.
• Experience developing custom modules using ServiceNow workflows and integrations.
