Job summary

Heptarc in Hyderabad is seeking an experienced ServiceNow Engineer/Developer to join our ITSM-focused team. The role demands strong web tech skills (JavaScript/HTML/CSS) and hands-on experience with Incident, Problem, Change, Asset Management, and CMDB modules.

Familiarity with REST/SOAP integrations and ServiceNow certifications is a plus. Excellent communication and analytical skills are required; resume submission aligned with stated experience is requested.
