Job summary

Amoli Talents in Bengaluru seeks an experienced Senior ServiceNow Developer to design, build, and optimize ServiceNow solutions across modules such as ITSM, Finance Management, and MCO. You will work on complex integrations using REST/SOAP, and contribute to platform improvements in an Agile environment.

You will handle both server-side and client-side development, enforce best practices, and collaborate with cross-functional teams to deliver reliable, scalable workflows.

Qualifications

• 6+ years of hands-on ServiceNow development experience.
• Strong experience with JavaScript, REST/SOAP APIs and integrations.
• Server-side and client-side development knowledge.
• In-depth knowledge of ServiceNow platform architecture.
• Experience with Finance Management and MCO processes.
• Familiarity with CMDB, Discovery and ITSM.

Responsibilities

• Design, develop and implement ServiceNow solutions using best practices.

• Perform unit testing, debugging and troubleshooting of platform issues.
• Support platform upgrades, patches and releases.
• Collaborate with architects, analysts and stakeholders to gather requirements.
• Follow SDLC, Agile/Scrum and change management processes.
• Maintain technical documentation and knowledge articles.

• Develop and maintain ServiceNow modules such as TSM, CSM, APO, MCO, Finance Management, Employee Centre.
• Build and support integrations using REST, SOAP, MID Server, and IntegrationHub
• Create and manage Service Catalog items, workflows, FlowDesinger and ETL, Integration Hub, DataFabric/Zero Copy Connectors
• Perform unit testing, debugging, and troubleshooting of platform issues
• Support platform upgrades, patches, and releases
• Collaborate with architects, business analysts, and stakeholders to gather requirements
• Follow SDLC, Agile/Scrum, and change management processes
• Maintain technical documentation and knowledge articles

Required skills
