Job summary

PwC India is seeking an experienced ServiceNow professional for Gurugram to implement and integrate multiple modules (ITSM, ITOM, ITAM, HRSD, SPM, GRC) with external systems. You will configure workflows, scripts, and dashboards to deliver seamless data exchange and governance.

The role requires 3–8 years in IT service management with strong ServiceNow ITSM and integrations experience, and preferred certification.

Qualifications

• 3–8 years of progressive experience in IT service management with ServiceNow ITSM and integrations.
• Hands-on experience implementing and configuring multiple ServiceNow modules.
• Professional ServiceNow certifications are highly advantageous.

Responsibilities

• Develop and implement integrations between ServiceNow and external systems (SAP, CRM, ERP) using SOAP/REST.
• Create and customize SPM applications, workflows, dashboards, and reports, including scripts, flows, policies, and ACLs.
• Provide guidance on governance processes, prioritization frameworks, and portfolio planning best practices.

Job description

Mandatory skill sets:

• Implement and configure various Servicenow modules, (ITSM, ITOM, ITAM (SAM, HAM) HRSD, SPM, GRC). Any 2 mentioned modules hands-on experience will be mandatory

Develop and implement integrations between ServiceNow and external systems (like SAP, CRM, or ERP) using web services (SOAP and REST), Integration Hub spokes, and custom APIs to ensure seamless data exchange.

• Create and customize SPM applications, workflows, dashboards, and reports and functionalities, including scripts (Client Scripts, Business Rules, Script Includes), workflows, Flow Designer, UI Policies, and ACLs.
• Provide guidance on governance processes, prioritization frameworks, and portfolio planning best practices.

Preferred skill sets:

• Certifications: Professional ServiceNow certifications are highly advantageous.
• SPM experience preferred.

Years of experience required:

3 to 8 years of progressive experience in IT service management, with a strong emphasis on ServiceNow ITSM, Integrations..

Education qualification:

B.E. / B.Tech / MCA/ M.E/ M.TECH/ MBA/ PGDM. All qualifications should be in regular full-time mode with no extension of course duration due to backlogs.
