Qualifications

• Strong scripting experience (JavaScript, Glide APIs) and integrations (REST, SOAP, IntegrationHub).
• Hands-on experience across ITSM, ITOM, HRSD, SPM, SecOps modules.
• Understanding of ServiceNow data model, workflows, and platform architecture.
• Ability to translate business requirements into technical solutions.
• Experience in Agile/Scrum with strong communication and stakeholder engagement.
