Job summary

Kanini Software Solutions is seeking a ServiceNow specialist to lead end-to-end development, integration engineering, and user-centric delivery on the ServiceNow platform. You will design scalable integrations and build workflows within IRM/GRC, while engaging stakeholders across the business.

The role requires hands-on IRM/GRC experience, governance knowledge, and certifications (CSA, CAD, CIS-Risk & Compliance). Exposure to AI Ops technologies is a plus.

Qualifications

• Experience delivering end-to-end development on the ServiceNow platform.
• Strong integration design and maintenance for scalable ecosystems.
• Develop user-centric interfaces using Service Portal and Workspace.
• Proactive multitasking with multiple initiatives and priorities.
• Excellent stakeholder engagement, communication and business acumen.
• Hands-on experience in Integrated Risk Management (IRM/GRC).
• Knowledge of Policy & Compliance, Risk Management, Audit, Vendor Risk, and Business Continuity.
• Ability to develop workflows, custom apps, integrations, and automation in IRM.
• Solid understanding of governance and compliance frameworks.
• Mandatory ServiceNow CSA, CAD, and CIS-Risk & Compliance (IRM/GRC) certifications.
• Exposure to AI Ops and Agentic AI technologies.
