Job summary

Everpure is seeking a ServiceNow Developer to lead architecture, design workflows, and secure integrations from our Bangalore office. The role focuses on end-to-end development across ITSM, CSM, ITOM, HR, or IRM domains and requires strong collaboration with process owners and analysts.

You will perform code reviews, drive platform optimization, and mentor peers while ensuring high availability of 24x7 customer service tools.

Qualifications

• 4+ years of ServiceNow development experience with core modules ITSM/CSM/ITOM/HR/IRM.
• Ability to translate business workflows into automated ServiceNow solutions and data migrations.
• Strong analytical and mentoring skills to guide peers and discuss complex requirements.

Responsibilities

• Lead end-to-end architecture, development, and deployment of workflow automations and secure integrations.
• Collaborate with process owners and analysts to implement ServiceNow solutions across ITSM/CSM/ITOM/HR/IRM.
• Conduct code reviews and unit testing to ensure security, reliability and maintainability.

Key Responsibilities

• Architecture & Solution Design: Lead the end-to-end architecture, development, and deployment of functional workflows, business rules, and secure integrations (REST/SOAP APIs) to enhance platform performance, scalability, and automated capabilities.
• Cross-Functional Collaboration: Partner directly with process owners and business analysts to translate strategic operational workflows into automated ServiceNow solutions (covering ITSM, CSM, ITOM, HR, or IRM domains), significantly boosting organizational efficiency and stakeholder satisfaction.
• Quality Assurance & Compliance: Conduct regular code reviews and comprehensive unit testing to ensure all developments adhere to strict security, reliability, and extensibility standards, executing seamless production deployments via established change management processes.
• Continuous Platform Optimization: Drive technical documentation for system maintainability, prioritize root-cause analysis queues for periodic releases, and participate in a shared team on-call rotation to guarantee high availability for Everpure's critical 24x7 Customer Service Management tools.

Requirements

• ServiceNow Development Expertise: 4+ years of proven success as a ServiceNow Developer, featuring deep technical command of Business Rules, Client Scripts, UI Policies, Flow Designer, ACLs, Script Includes, UI Scripts, and custom third-party API integrations
• Application Domain Mastery: Hands-on implementation and configuration expertise in core ServiceNow applications (specifically ITSM, CSM, ITOM, HR, or IRM), with a proven capability to manage data migrations, code promotions, and Update Sets.
• Collaborative Problem Solving & Technical Leadership: Strong analytical and interpersonal skills to successfully manage multiple simultaneous deliverables, decode complex business requirements, and provide constructive technical reviews and mentorship for peer developers.
• Location: We are primarily an in-office environment and therefore, you will be expected to work from the Bangalore office in compliance with Everpure’s policies, unless you are on PTO, or work travel, or other approved leave
