• Experience with Business Rules, Script Includes, UI Actions, Scheduled Jobs and scripted aspects of ServiceNow.
• Customizing ServiceNow using UI Pages, UI Macro using CSS, HTML, Jelly.
• Very good verbal and written English communication skills.
• Experience with relational databases (MySQL, Oracle).
• Develop solutions in ServiceNow.
• Drive continuous improvements of our implementation methodology and service offerings.
