Job summary

Careernet Bengaluru seeks an experienced ServiceNow Architect to define scalable architectures and align with ITSM objectives. You will translate business requirements into practical platform designs, leveraging out-of-box capabilities and governance practices.

You will review data models, integrations, and customizations for maintainability and long-term support, and advise executives and delivery teams on strategy and trade-offs.

Qualifications

• 12–18 years of relevant experience with ServiceNow architecture.
• Hands-on experience with ServiceNow platform architecture and enterprise implementations.
• Strong knowledge of IT service management principles and service-oriented data models.
• Ability to design scalable, out-of-the-box compliant solutions.
• Experience reviewing designs and guiding development teams.
