Job summary

Aelum Consulting is seeking a ServiceNow consultant to design, develop, and support technical solutions on the ServiceNow platform. You will handle administration, application development, system integration, maintenance, and support using best practice web programming techniques.

Responsibilities include planning and delivering all technical tasks related to ServiceNow configuration and implementation, development and customization, requirement analysis, and solving complex data transformation

Qualifications

• 3–5 years of experience in ServiceNow Applications development or product implementation.
• Expert in ServiceNow administration, configuration, and development (ITSM, CMDB, KB experience required).
• Expert in developing ServiceNow Business Rules, including UI Actions, Scheduled Jobs, ServiceNow client and server-side scripting.
• Experience with ServiceNow modules like PPM, CSM, ITOM, ITBM, ITSM is an added advantage.
• Responsible for technical specification and implementation of ServiceNow integration with 3rd party tools/systems.
• Expertise Web Services integrations (SOAP, REST), Scripted REST APIs.
• Certified System Admin.
• Passport is mandatory.
• Bachelor’s degree or equivalent combination of education and experience.
