SkillGYm (OPC) Pvt Ltd invites an experienced ServiceNow Certified Trainer to join a long-term training initiative. The role focuses on delivering hands-on ServiceNow training to technical, student, and business teams across ITSM, ITOM, HRSD, CSM, or other modules as required.

This is a great opportunity for a trainer who designs curricula, mentors learners, and drives certification success in CSA, CAD, CIS, and related exams over a sustained engagement.

Qualifications

• Active ServiceNow certification(s) required (CSA/CAD/CIS).
• Hands-on experience with ServiceNow configuration, scripting, workflows, and integrations.
• Experience in training/teaching/mentoring roles (corporate training, bootcamps, or academic instruction).

Responsibilities

• Design, develop, and deliver ServiceNow training programs for developers, admins, and business users.
• Lead instructor-led sessions (virtual/in-person) covering fundamentals, platform administration, scripting, workflows, and module configurations.
• Prepare training materials, labs, assessments, and certification prep guides.
• Customize training content based on client/project needs and skill levels (beginner to advanced).
• Track learner progress, provide feedback, and support certification exam readiness (CSA, CAD, CIS).
• Stay updated with the latest ServiceNow releases, features, and best practices.
• Collaborate with project stakeholders to align training outcomes with business goals.
• Provide ongoing mentorship and post-training support to learners.

• Prepare training materials, lab exercises, assessments, and certification prep guides.
• Customize training content based on client/project needs and skill levels (beginner to advanced).

Skills & Qualifications

• Active ServiceNow certification(s) required (e.g., Certified System Administrator (CSA), Certified Application Developer (CAD), or Certified Implementation Specialist (CIS)).
• Proven hands‑on experience with ServiceNow platform configuration, scripting (JavaScript/Glide API), workflows, and integrations.
• Prior experience in training/teaching/mentoring roles (corporate training, bootcamps, or academic instruction).
• Strong communication and presentation skills.
• Ability to simplify complex technical concepts for varied audiences.
• Experience creating training content, LMS material, or e‑learning modules is a plus.
• Familiarity with ServiceNow modules such as ITSM, ITOM, HRSD, CSM, SecOps, or GRC is an advantage.
