Shift timings- 11:00 AM IST to 8:00 PM IST (Saudi Shift)

Location- WFO (Chennai, Bangalore or Hyderabad)

Job Description

• Requirement Gathering & Analysis: Work closely with Saudi-based stakeholders to understand business needs, document functional & technical requirements, and translate them into ServiceNow solutions.
• Process Optimization: Analyze existing workflows, identify inefficiencies, and propose ServiceNow-driven improvements for ITSM, ITOM, CSM, or HRSD.
• Solution Design: Collaborate with developers to design scalable and efficient ServiceNow configurations, customizations, and integrations.
• Stakeholder Management: Act as a bridge between business users, technical teams, and leadership in Saudi Arabia, ensuring alignment with business goals.
• Testing & Validation: Lead UAT, validate solutions against business requirements, and ensure seamless deployments.
• Training & Documentation: Prepare user guides, training materials, and process documentation for ServiceNow modules.
• Compliance & Best Practices: Ensure adherence to Saudi Arabian regulatory standards (if applicable) and ServiceNow best practices.

Required Skills & Qualifications

• 8-10 years of experience as a Business Analyst, with at least 5+ years in ServiceNow implementations.
• Strong expertise in ServiceNow modules (ITSM, ITOM, CSM, HRSD, or ITBM).
• Experience working with Middle Eastern clients (preferably Saudi Arabia) and understanding regional business practices is a plus.
• Proficiency in Agile/Scrum methodologies and tools like JIRA.
• Excellent communication skills to interact with Arabic-speaking stakeholders (English fluency is mandatory; Arabic is a plus).
