ServiceNow Knowledge: Familiarity with ServiceNow, especially in Human Resource Service Delivery (HRSD) and Workplace Service Delivery (WSD), is required. You have a confident manner towards customers and demonstrable practical experience in the independent implementation of customer workshops and in requirements management
