About the role

We are seeking a skilled and motivated ServiceNow Business Analyst to join our team. As a ServiceNow Business Analyst, you will bridge the gap between business needs and the ServiceNow platform, analyze requirements, design solutions, and collaborate with stakeholders to ensure successful implementation.

Responsibilities

• Gather and analyze business requirements from various stakeholders.
• Translate requirements into technical specifications and document detailed support materials.
• Collaborate with business users, IT teams, and vendors to align on ServiceNow capabilities and project objectives.
• Design and configure ServiceNow modules and workflows to improve operational efficiency.
• Participate in system testing and validation to ensure solutions meet defined requirements and are error‑free.
• Identify and resolve issues and roadblocks during the implementation process, escalating when necessary.
• Conduct training sessions for end‑users to ensure effective use of ServiceNow functionalities.
• Collaborate with the ServiceNow development team to provide input and feedback on technical solutions and enhancements.
• Stay up‑to‑date with the latest ServiceNow features, functionalities, and industry best practices.

Candidate requirements

• Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, Information Technology, or related field.
• Proven experience as a Business Analyst with exposure to ServiceNow or similar IT Service Management platforms.
• Strong analytical and problem‑solving skills to analyze complex business processes and propose effective solutions.
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills to collaborate effectively with stakeholders at all levels.
• Detail‑oriented with a focus on producing accurate and comprehensive documentation.
• Proficiency in Microsoft Visio, Excel, and PowerPoint for documentation and presentations.
• Ability to work independently and within a team, managing multiple priorities and meeting project deadlines.

Optional Skills

• ServiceNow certification (e.g., Certified System Administrator, Certified Implementation Specialist) is a plus.
• Experience in Agile project management methodologies.
• Familiarity with JavaScript and other scripting languages used in ServiceNow development.
