Job summary

ETG Global Services is seeking a highly skilled ServiceNow Architect to design and oversee enterprise-scale platform implementations. The role requires deep platform expertise, strong solution design capabilities, and hands-on development, integrations, and optimization.

You will translate complex business needs into scalable technical solutions, drive architecture across ITSM, ITOM, HRSD, CSM, and more, and lead technical reviews, governance, and deployment practices.

Qualifications

• Strong ServiceNow expertise with architecture and large-scale implementations.
• Hands-on development, configuration, scripting, and workflow automation on the ServiceNow platform.
• Proficiency in JavaScript and ServiceNow scripting (Business Rules, Script Includes, Client Scripts, UI Policies).
• Experience with REST/SOAP integrations, IntegrationHub, LDAP/AD, SSO, and Azure identity integrations.
• Experience with ITSM, ITOM, HRSD, CSM, SecOps, PPM, or APM modules.
• Excellent analytical, communication, and technical leadership skills.

Responsibilities

• Design and own end-to-end ServiceNow solution architecture for enterprise programs.
• Lead technical design and implementation of ServiceNow solutions (workflows, UI policies, scripting).
• Translate business requirements into architecture, specs, and roadmaps.
• Architect integrations via REST/SOAP, IntegrationHub, MID Server, and other methods.
• Provide architectural guidance across ITSM, ITOM, HRSD, CSM, and other modules.
• Establish best practices for configuration, security, upgrades, and performance.
• Lead technical reviews, troubleshoot platform issues, and govern deployments.
• Collaborate with stakeholders to ensure successful implementations and continuous improvement.

Role Overview

We are looking for a highly skilled ServiceNow Architect with deep platform expertise, strong solution design capabilities, and extensive hands‑on experience in ServiceNow development, integrations, and enterprise implementations. The ideal candidate must possess a strong understanding of the ServiceNow platform, translate complex business requirements into scalable technical solutions, and drive platform architecture, implementation, and optimization.

Key Responsibilities

• Design and own end-to-end ServiceNow solution architecture, ensuring scalability, security, performance, maintainability, and alignment with enterprise architecture standards.
• Lead technical design and implementation of ServiceNow solutions, including workflows, Flow Designer, IntegrationHub, business rules, client scripts, UI policies, script includes, and custom applications.
• Translate business and functional requirements into technical architecture, solution designs, technical specifications, and implementation roadmaps.
• Architect integrations between ServiceNow and internal/external applications using REST/SOAP APIs, web services, IntegrationHub, MID Server, and other appropriate integration methods.
• Provide architectural guidance across ServiceNow modules such as ITSM, ITOM, HRSD, CSM, GRC/IRM, SecOps, PPM, and APM, based on business requirements.
• Establish best practices for platform configuration, customization, scripting, data modelling, security, access controls, upgrade management, and performance optimization.
• Lead technical reviews, troubleshoot complex platform issues, and ensure quality through code reviews, system integration testing, and deployment governance.
• Collaborate with business stakeholders, product owners, developers, and delivery teams to ensure successful implementation and continuous platform improvement.
• Design reporting, dashboards, Performance Analytics, and automation solutions to improve operational visibility and business outcomes.

Required Skills & Qualifications

• Strong ServiceNow expertise is mandatory, with proven experience in ServiceNow architecture, platform design, and large‑scale enterprise implementations.
• Extensive hands‑on experience with ServiceNow development, configuration, scripting, workflow automation, and platform customization.
• Strong proficiency in JavaScript and ServiceNow scripting, including Business Rules, Script Includes, Client Scripts, UI Policies, Flow Designer, and related platform capabilities.
• Deep understanding of ServiceNow integrations, REST/SOAP APIs, IntegrationHub, authentication protocols, LDAP/Active Directory, SSO, and Azure‑based identity integrations.
• Experience with Service Portal / Employee Center, reporting, dashboards, Performance Analytics, and enterprise data management.
• Strong understanding of ServiceNow security, ACLs, CMDB/data architecture, platform upgrades, application lifecycle management, and deployment practices.
• Experience in at least one or more ServiceNow modules, such as ITSM, ITOM, HRSD, CSM, SecOps, IRM/GRC, PPM, or APM.
• Excellent analytical, communication, stakeholder management, and technical leadership skills.

Preferred Qualifications

• ServiceNow Certified System Administrator (CSA) and relevant Certified Implementation Specialist (CIS) certifications.
• ServiceNow Certified Technical Architect (CTA) or Certified Master Architect (CMA), where applicable.
• Experience leading enterprise ServiceNow implementations, architecture reviews, and technical teams.
