Job summary

Orcapod Consulting Services is seeking a Senior ServiceNow IRM Technical Architect to lead end-to-end risk and governance design. You will drive scalable IRM solutions, including risk, policy, audit and controls, and guide delivery teams with scripting, configurations, and integrations.

You will architect enterprise-grade workflows, ensure governance standards, and steer automation across IRM modules, translating risk requirements into robust technical solutions for global programs.

Qualifications

• Hands-on expertise in ServiceNow IRM/GRC modules and risk workflows.
• Experience with enterprise risk frameworks and compliance processes.
• Proven capability to lead technical architecture and integrations.

Responsibilities

• Own end-to-end ServiceNow IRM/Risk architecture and solution design.
• Design scalable IRM solutions covering Risk, Policy & Compliance, Audit and Controls.
• Provide hands-on technical leadership to delivery teams.
• Architect integrations with ERP, security tools, and risk platforms.
• Drive automation, workflow orchestration and reporting in IRM/GRC modules.
