Job summary

NowVia Technologies is seeking an experienced ServiceNow IRM Architect to lead the design, architecture, and implementation of Integrated Risk Management solutions. You will drive scalable IRM/GRC deployments, collaborate with stakeholders, and mentor the implementation team.

The role requires 8+ years of hands-on ServiceNow experience, strong governance and compliance knowledge, and the ability to translate business needs into robust technical solutions.

Qualifications

• 8+ years of experience in ServiceNow IRM/GRC.
• Experience designing enterprise-level ServiceNow solutions and architecture.
• Strong understanding of GRC, Enterprise Risk Management, Compliance, Controls, and Audit processes.
• Hands-on knowledge of ServiceNow scripting, Flow Designer, IntegrationHub, APIs, ACLs, and data architecture.
• Experience with third-party and enterprise system integrations.
• Strong understanding of ServiceNow platform architecture and best practices.
• Excellent stakeholder management, communication, and solution-design skills.

Responsibilities

• Design and architect scalable ServiceNow IRM/GRC solutions aligned with business and regulatory requirements.
• Lead implementation and customization of Integrated Risk Management capabilities.
• Configure and implement Risk Management, Policy & Compliance, Audit Management, and Regulatory Change Management solutions.
• Define solution architecture, data models, workflows, integrations, and technical standards.
• Translate business requirements into scalable ServiceNow solutions and technical specifications.
• Design integrations with enterprise applications using REST/SOAP APIs, IntegrationHub, and other integration frameworks.
• Provide technical leadership across IRM implementations, enhancements, and upgrades.
• Conduct solution reviews, troubleshoot complex issues, and ensure adherence to ServiceNow best practices.
• Collaborate with business stakeholders, functional consultants, developers, and project teams.
• Mentor developers and provide technical guidance throughout the implementation lifecycle.

Role Overview

NowVia Technologies is looking for an experienced ServiceNow IRM Architect to lead the design, architecture, and implementation of Integrated Risk Management (IRM) solutions. The ideal candidate will have strong expertise in ServiceNow IRM/GRC, enterprise risk management, compliance, and governance processes, along with the ability to work closely with business and technical stakeholders.

• Experience in designing enterprise-level ServiceNow solutions and architecture.
• Strong understanding of GRC, Enterprise Risk Management, Compliance, Controls, and Audit processes.
• Hands-on knowledge of ServiceNow scripting, Flow Designer, IntegrationHub, APIs, ACLs, and data architecture.

Preferred

• CIS Integrated Risk Management (CIS-IRM) certification.
• Experience with ServiceNow GRC/IRM implementations and upgrades.
• Knowledge of regulatory and compliance frameworks such as SOX, ISO 27001, NIST, GDPR, and PCI-DSS.
• ServiceNow Certified Application Developer or CSA certification.
