Job summary

Tata Consultancy Services in Bengaluru is seeking a ServiceNow IRM specialist to design, implement, and support IRM solutions. The role focuses on risk management, policy and compliance, and audit management, with strong integration to CMDB and ITSM, plus dashboard reporting.

The successful candidate will translate governance and control requirements into scalable platform capabilities and work with stakeholders across compliance and IT teams.

Responsibilities

• Design, develop, configure, and support ServiceNow IRM solutions by translating governance, risk, compliance, and audit requirements into scalable platform capabilities.
• Customize and maintain IRM modules including Risk Management, Policy and Compliance, and Audit Management, with appropriate workflows, controls, indicators, issues, and remediation tracking.
• Implement integrations with CMDB, ITSM, and third-party tools, and build dashboards and reports to provide visibility into risk exposure, compliance posture, and audit outcomes.
• Support enhancements, upgrades, data migration, and production issue resolution while collaborating with business, compliance, audit, and technical stakeholders to ensure solution quality and governance.

Job description

Must-Have

• 1. Strong hands-on experience in ServiceNow IRM/GRC, including Risk Management, Policy and Compliance, and Audit Management. The candidate should be able to configure core IRM data models, workflows, and process lifecycle components aligned to enterprise governance needs.
• 3. Good understanding of risk, compliance, audit, controls, indicators, issues, and remediation concepts. The developer should be comfortable mapping business controls and compliance processes into the ServiceNow IRM framework.
• 4. Experience integrating ServiceNow IRM with CMDB, ITSM, and external systems. The candidate should understand data dependencies, data quality expectations, and secure integration patterns for enterprise environments.
• 5. Ability to create reports, dashboards, and analytics for risk exposure, compliance posture, audit findings, and remediation tracking. Strong troubleshooting, documentation, and stakeholder communication skills are essential for successful delivery.

Good-to-Have

• 1. ServiceNow CSA certification and IRM/GRC-specific certification are preferred. These certifications indicate platform maturity and familiarity with recommended configuration practices.
• 2. Knowledge of regulatory and compliance frameworks such as SOX, ISO 27001, or GDPR is beneficial. This helps the candidate better understand compliance objectives and control-based implementations.
• 3. Experience supporting upgrades, data migration, production support, and platform enhancements in large enterprise environments would be an added advantage.
