The role emphasizes security, performance, and upgradeability, with collaboration across business stakeholders, architects, and delivery teams to ensure scalable outcomes.

Qualifications

• Strong experience leading ServiceNow architecture for enterprise-scale deployments.
• Expertise in Now AI, GenAI and agentic AI use cases within ServiceNow.
• Architectural design of integrations using REST/SOAP and IntegrationHub.

Responsibilities

• Lead end-to-end ServiceNow solution architecture and technical design.
• Architect and implement Now Assist and GenAI use cases.
• Design AI-driven workflow automation and intelligent service experiences.
• Define architecture with REST/SOAP, APIs, IntegrationHub and MID Server.
• Provide governance across ITSM, ITOM, ITAM, CSM, HRSD.
• Ensure security, scalability, performance, and upgradeability.
• Lead discussions with stakeholders, architects, developers, and delivery teams.
• Define architecture standards and best practices.

Role Overview:

• Ensure solutions meet security, scalability, performance, and upgradeability standards.
• Lead technical discussions with business stakeholders, architects, developers, and delivery teams.
