Job summary

Durucooperation in Bengaluru is seeking a proactive Service Operator to plan, manage, and continuously improve service operations, policies, processes, and Admin systems. You will work closely with Product, Engineering, QA, and Design teams to resolve operational issues and enhance user experience.

The role focuses on analyzing data, driving efficiency, documenting guidelines, and taking ownership of issues from start to finish while collaborating across teams.

Qualifications

• 1-5 years of experience in Service Operations, Operations Planning, Product Operations, or a similar role.
• Strong understanding of operational policies, processes, and service workflows.
• Strong user-focused problem-solving and communication skills.
• Excellent documentation and process-writing skills.
• Ability to quickly learn and adapt to new systems, tools, and services.
• Ability to analyze operational problems and translate findings into actionable improvements.

Responsibilities

• Design and improve operational policies, workflows, and processes.
• Plan admin screens, operational flows, and service functions from an operations perspective.
