Job summary

CloudLabs Inc in India is seeking a ServiceNow Developer for a remote contract position (6 months). The role requires 5–8 years of hands-on ServiceNow development and at least two enterprise ITSM implementations.

You will work on Incident, Request, Change, Problem, Knowledge, CMDB, and Service Catalog modules, building workflows, scripts, and integrations with REST/SOAP APIs. Strong teamwork and communication are essential.

Qualifications

• 5-8 years hands-on ServiceNow development experience.
• Minimum of two end-to-end ServiceNow ITSM implementations in enterprise environments.
• Strong expertise in ITSM modules including Incident, Request, Change, Problem, Knowledge, CMDB, and Service Catalog.
• Extensive experience developing workflows, business rules, client scripts, UI policies, Script Includes, and Flow Designer automations.
• Experience building custom and scoped applications within the ServiceNow platform.
• Experience integrating ServiceNow with enterprise applications using REST APIs, SOAP services, IntegrationHub, and MID Server technologies.
• Strong governance, security, and ServiceNow development best practices.
• Excellent communication and collaboration skills supporting cross-functional teams.

• Strong expertise in ServiceNow ITSM modules including Incident, Request, Change, Problem, Knowledge, CMDB, and Service Catalog.

• Experience building custom applications and scoped applications within the ServiceNow platform.
• Experience integrating ServiceNow with enterprise applications using REST APIs, SOAP services, IntegrationHub, and MID Server technologies.
• Strong understanding of platform governance, security, and ServiceNow development best practices.
• Excellent communication and collaboration skills supporting cross-functional teams.

Preferred Skills:

• Experience implementing employee-facing request management, approval workflows, and lifecycle processes within ITSM.
• Strong understanding of Service Catalog development, Record Producers, Catalog Items, and fulfillment workflows.
• Experience with ServiceNow Flow Designer, IntegrationHub, and Automation Engine capabilities.
• Experience creating dashboards, reports, and performance metrics within ServiceNow.
• Familiarity with ITIL frameworks and enterprise service management practices.
• Working knowledge of ServiceNow HR Service Delivery (HRSD) is desirable but not required, enabling flexibility to support multiple product teams when needed.
• Experience troubleshooting platform issues, performance bottlenecks, and integration failures.
• Knowledge of ServiceNow DevOps, Source Control, Update Sets, and release management processes.
• Ability to create technical design documents, solution architecture diagrams, and implementation documentation.
• Experience working in Agile delivery environments with global stakeholders.
• ServiceNow certifications such as CSA, CAD, CIS-ITSM, or Application Developer certification are preferred but not required.
