• Develop new projects, enhancements, and Change Requests (CRs) using the ServiceNow platform (backend and frontend development).
• Understand business requirements and translate them into technical solutions.
• Prepare High-Level Design (HLD) and Low-Level Design (LLD) documents.
• Develop scalable, secure, and maintainable ServiceNow applications following coding standards, naming conventions, and design patterns.
• Maintain ServiceNow source code, Update Sets, and code repositories.
• Perform peer code reviews and ensure adherence to coding standards.
• Conduct Unit Testing and support SIT, QA, UAT, and Production validation.
• Provide L3 production support and post-deployment warranty support.
• Follow SDLC processes and prepare technical documentation, including HLD, LLD, Development Documents, Unit Test Documents, Release Documents, and Operational Procedures.
• Participate in application reviews and audits to ensure compliance with development standards and SLA requirements
