Job summary

Qualifications

Job description

Translate business requirements into ServiceNow solutions and configurations-delivering high-quality features within HRSD, App Engine Studio, and related areas.Build applications, integrations, and workflows leveraging ServiceNow Studio, Flow Designer, and IntegrationHub. Incorporate GenAI solutions and advanced analytics to support use cases in employee experience, HR case management, knowledge management, and workforce intelligence. Actively contribute to solution design, architecture reviews, sprint planning, and code reviews. Collaborate closely with product managers, designers, and stakeholders to ensure business needs are met with intuitive, scalable solutions. Continuously explore new platform capabilities and enhancements (including ServiceNow's Now Assist and AI Search) to expand our portfolio of reusable components and accelerators. Participate in Agile development practices and CI/CD delivery processes with an emphasis on testing, documentation, and maintainability. Additional Responsibilities Provide guidance on architecture and best practices within the ServiceNow ecosystem. Contribute to internal accelerators, shared libraries, and reusable design patterns. Work collaboratively with US and USI teams to deliver repeatable assets. Help support necessary client workshops and demos with working prototypes and live configurations.

Key Skills and Experience

3-6 years of experience in ServiceNow development, including: HR Service Delivery (HRSD), App Engine Studio, Scoped Applications Flow Designer, Script Includes, Business Rules, UI Policies, Client Scripts IntegrationHub, REST APIs, Webhooks. 3 years of very strong JavaScript coding skills are required. Experience with GenAI/AI integrations on ServiceNow (e.g., Now Assist, Virtual Agent Designer, AI Search). Strong understanding of ServiceNow platform architecture, security models, and data structures. Familiarity with advanced analytics, dashboards, and reporting within the platform (Performance Analytics, Predictive Intelligence). Agile development experience (Scrum) and use of development tools (JIRA, Git, ServiceNow). Strong communication skills with the ability to collaborate across technical and business teams. Experience delivering in a consulting/client-service environment preferred.
