Job summary

Zorba AI seeks an experienced Senior ServiceNow Developer to design, implement, and optimize enterprise ServiceNow solutions across ITSM, catalog, and integrations. You will build conversational experiences with Virtual Agent, implement flows with Flow Designer, and develop custom applications and MID Server integrations.

The role requires hands-on work with REST/SOAP APIs, data transforms, and comprehensive debugging.

Qualifications

• 5+ years of ServiceNow platform development experience.
• Strong ServiceNow ITSM implementation experience.
• Hands-on experience with ServiceNow Virtual Agent, Now Assist, Service Catalog, Request Management, Flow Designer, Integration Hub.
• Experience developing REST APIs, SOAP APIs, Custom Spokes, Connectors.
• Strong knowledge of JavaScript, Glide API, Business Rules, Script Includes, Client Scripts, UI Policies, UI Actions.
• Experience with Import Sets, Transform Maps, Data Mapping, Data Transformation.
• Experience configuring and managing MID Server.
• Strong troubleshooting and debugging skills.
• Excellent communication and stakeholder management skills.

Responsibilities

• Design, develop, and implement ServiceNow solutions on the ServiceNow platform.
• Develop and customize ITSM modules including Incident, Change, Problem, Request, and Service Catalog.
• Configure and enhance Service Catalog and Request Management solutions.
• Build conversational experiences using ServiceNow Virtual Agent and Now Assist.
• Design topic flows, dialogs, contextual triggers, and Natural Language Understanding (NLU) models.
• Develop reusable components and custom applications within the ServiceNow platform.
• Build and maintain integrations using REST APIs, SOAP APIs, and Integration Hub.
• Develop custom Spokes and Connectors for enterprise integrations.
• Configure and manage MID Server integrations.
• Develop automation workflows using Flow Designer.
• Handle data transformation, Transform Maps, Import Sets, and data synchronization.
• Ensure secure and reliable integration between ServiceNow and external systems.
• Troubleshoot platform issues and integration failures.
• Monitor ServiceNow performance and resolve production issues.
• Ensure data integrity across integrated systems.
• Participate in platform upgrades and enhancement initiatives.
• Follow ServiceNow development best practices and governance standards.
