Job summary

Zorba AI in India is seeking an experienced Senior ServiceNow Developer to design, implement and manage comprehensive ITSM solutions on the ServiceNow platform. You will lead integration efforts, build conversational flows with VA/Now Assist, and develop scalable automation using Flow Designer and Integration Hub.

The role requires hands-on experience with REST/SOAP API integrations, MID Server configurations, and strong JavaScript and Glide API knowledge.

Qualifications

• 5+ years of ServiceNow platform development experience.
• Strong ServiceNow ITSM implementation experience.
• Hands-on experience with ServiceNow Virtual Agent and Now Assist.
• Experience with Service Catalog, Request Management, Flow Designer, Integration Hub.
• Experience building REST and SOAP API integrations, custom Spokes and Connectors.
• Proficient in JavaScript, Glide API, Business Rules, Script Includes, Client Scripts, UI Policies and UI Actions.
• Experience with Import Sets, Transform Maps, Data Mapping and Data Transformation.
• Experience configuring and managing MID Server.
• Strong troubleshooting, debugging, and stakeholder communication skills.

Role Summary

We are looking for an experienced Senior ServiceNow Developer with strong expertise in ServiceNow ITSM, Virtual Agent, Service Catalog, Integration Hub, and enterprise integrations. The ideal candidate should have hands-on experience designing and implementing conversational solutions using ServiceNow Virtual Agent and Now Assist, developing integrations with external systems, and automating business workflows using Flow Designer and Integration Hub.

Key Responsibilities ServiceNow Development

• Design, develop, and implement ServiceNow solutions on the ServiceNow platform.
• Develop and customize ITSM modules including Incident, Change, Problem, Request, and Service Catalog.
• Configure and enhance Service Catalog and Request Management solutions.
• Build conversational experiences using ServiceNow Virtual Agent and Now Assist.
• Design topic flows, dialogs, contextual triggers, and Natural Language Understanding (NLU) models.
• Develop reusable components and custom applications within the ServiceNow platform.

Integration & Automation

• Build and maintain integrations using REST APIs, SOAP APIs, and Integration Hub.
• Develop custom Spokes and Connectors for enterprise integrations.
• Configure and manage MID Server integrations.
• Develop automation workflows using Flow Designer.
• Handle data transformation, Transform Maps, Import Sets, and data synchronization.
• Ensure secure and reliable integration between ServiceNow and external systems.

Platform Administration & Support

• Troubleshoot platform issues and integration failures.
• Monitor ServiceNow performance and resolve production issues.
• Ensure data integrity across integrated systems.
• Participate in platform upgrades and enhancement initiatives.
• Follow ServiceNow development best practices and governance standards.

Collaboration

• Work closely with business stakeholders to gather requirements.
• Participate in sprint planning, retrospectives, and Agile ceremonies.
• Provide technical guidance and mentor junior developers.
• Prepare technical documentation and knowledge transfer sessions.
