Job summary

Inclean Technologies is seeking an HVAC Site Engineer to manage installation and site execution, ensuring work aligns with drawings, project specs, quality standards and timelines.

The candidate will supervise ducting, piping, AHU/FCU/VRF systems, read HVAC drawings, and coordinate with clients and MEP teams while ensuring safety and progress. Willingness to travel to project sites is required.

Qualifications

• Diploma / B.E. / B.Tech in Mechanical Engineering or related field.
• 25 years of experience in HVAC site execution preferred.
• Good knowledge of HVAC installation, drawings and site coordination.
• Good communication and problem-solving skills.
• Willingness to travel to project sites as required.

Responsibilities

• Supervise day-to-day HVAC site execution and installation.
• Handle ducting, chilled water piping, AHU, FCU, VRF/VRV, chiller and ventilation systems.
• Read and understand HVAC drawings, BOQ and specifications.
• Coordinate with clients, consultants, contractors and other MEP teams.
• Manage site manpower, materials and daily work progress.
• Conduct inspection, testing, commissioning and troubleshooting.
• Prepare daily progress reports, measurements and site documentation.
• Ensure quality, safety and timely completion of HVAC works.

• HVAC drawings, layouts, shop drawings and as-built drawings understanding.
