Job description

We are seeking an experienced Service Head – Solar Inverter Service to lead the complete after-sales service function for our solar inverter business. The role is responsible for managing technical support, field service operations, warranty management, service teams, customer satisfaction, and continuous product improvement.

The ideal candidate will collaborate with R&D, Quality, Manufacturing, and Sales teams to ensure reliable product performance while establishing efficient service processes and delivering an exceptional customer experience.

Responsibilities

• Lead solar inverter service operations
• Manage technical troubleshooting, warranty, and field support
• Guide and develop service engineers and channel partners
• Monitor service KPIs, customer satisfaction, and turnaround time
• Develop service SOPs, technical documentation, and training programs

Must Have

• 7+ years of experience in solar inverter service or technical support
• Strong knowledge of on-grid, off-grid, and hybrid inverters
• Team leadership and people management experience
• Expertise in troubleshooting power electronics and PV systems
• Strong problem-solving skills

Nice to have

• Experience in inverter manufacturing or OEM environment
• Experience with ERP/CRM platforms
• Experience in service process automation and continuous improvement
• Strong analytical skills
