You will handle CRM queries, manage complaints, provide backend sales and service support, and maintain accurate customer records while ensuring timely follow-up and high satisfaction.

• Handling dealer, distributor, and customer queries and grievances through CRM.
• Managing customer complaints and ensuring timely resolution.
• Coordinating with internal departments for effective issue resolution.
• Working with the escalation matrix to address critical customer concerns.
• Providing backend sales and service support.
• Maintaining and updating CRM records and customer databases.
• Handling inbound calls and providing appropriate assistance.
• Following up on pending cases to ensure customer satisfaction.
• Supporting service operations and maintaining strong dealer and customer relationships.
