Job summary

PROFX in Ahmedabad is seeking a Service Executive to handle on-site service requests, installations, and maintenance at customer locations. You will diagnose technical issues and coordinate with the service team to ensure timely resolutions.

Ideal candidates have a Diploma or ITI and 1–3 years of field service/technical support experience, strong communication, and the ability to travel to client sites as required.

Qualifications

• Diploma or ITI qualification in a relevant technical field.
