Job summary
VINSAK in Mumbai is hiring a Service Engineer to install, commission, maintain, and repair printing and packaging machines. The role requires strong electrical and electronic skills with excellent customer service and will report to the GM Service Division. Immediate joining is expected.
The candidate should have 3–6 years of field experience in electrical, electronics, or automation systems, with willingness to travel frequently. One position in Mumbai.
Qualifications
- Diploma/Degree in Electrical & Electronics Engineering or Mechatronics Engineering.
- Knowledge of servo drives, sensors, PLCs, and schematic reading.
- Understanding of UV curing, tension control, and web-handling systems will be appreciated.
- Strong troubleshooting and communication skills.
Responsibilities
- Perform on-site installation and servicing.
- Troubleshoot issues on-site and remotely.
- Communicate issues effectively to escalation teams and provide feedback to customers.
- Troubleshoot electrical, mechanical, and printing related problems in this field.
- Troubleshoot electrical, mechanical, and printing related problems by phone support.
- Provide preventive maintenance on all equipment and make recommendations to customers.
- Proper documentation of all work required i.e., service reports, expense exports, installation feedback forms etc.

VINSAK is looking to hire a Service Engineer for its Service Division in Mumbai.
The ideal candidate will be responsible for installing, commissioning, maintaining, and repairing a range of printing and packaging machines. This role requires strong technical skills in electrical and electronic systems along with good customer service abilities.
