Fives is seeking a Service Engineer (Mechanical) to install, commission, and service HBM, VTC, HMC, and SPM machines at customer sites in Chennai and Coimbatore. The role requires 8–12 years of hands-on experience and a Diploma in Mechanical Engineering.

You will troubleshoot mechanical assemblies, pneumatics, hydraulics, I/O signals, and PLCs, work with Siemens and Fanuc controls, and support preventive maintenance and retrofits while traveling within India and abroad.

Competenze

• Hands-on installation, commissioning, and servicing of HBM, VTC, HMC, and SPM machines.
• Ability to work in Siemens and Fanuc controls.
• Understanding and troubleshooting of mechanical assemblies, pneumatics, and hydraulic circuits.
• Basic knowledge of I/O signal troubleshooting, electrical circuits, and PLCs.
• Experience in handling machine preventive maintenance (PM) and health check-ups.
• Basic Knowledge of machine retrofitting and refurbishment
