Job summary
TALENT VERTEX PARTNERS seeks an experienced Service Engineer – Electrical & Automation to install, commission and maintain CNC machinery at customer sites across Thane. You will handle breakdowns, preventive maintenance and machine trials, integrating software and troubleshooting control systems.
Ideal candidates have 6–10 years in CNC automation with hands-on installation, commissioning and Siemens PLC/TIA Portal expertise, and are willing to travel extensively within India.
Qualifications
- 6–10 years of relevant CNC machinery/industrial automation experience.
- Diploma/B.E./B.Tech in Electrical, Electronics, Instrumentation or Mechatronics.
- Hands-on CNC installation, commissioning and troubleshooting.
- Read electrical drawings and machine manuals; familiar with PLC/CNC troubleshooting.
- Willing to travel extensively and be based in Thane.
- Siemens PLC / TIA Portal experience preferred.
Responsibilities

Job description
We are looking for an experienced Service Engineer – Electrical & Automation with strong hands-on experience in CNC machine installation, commissioning, troubleshooting and maintenance .
The position involves working at customer locations for installation, commissioning, breakdown support, preventive maintenance, machine trials, software integration and technical troubleshooting of CNC machines and automated production systems.
The ideal candidate should have strong practical knowledge of PLC, CNC, HMI, Servo Drives, VFDs, electrical panels and machine-control software , along with the ability to independently handle customer-site assignments.
- 6–10 years relevant experience in CNC machinery / industrial automation.
- Diploma / B.E. / B.Tech in Electrical, Electronics, Instrumentation or Mechatronics.
- Strong hands-on experience in CNC installation & commissioning.
- Expertise in PLC & CNC troubleshooting.
- Hands-on experience with HMI, Servo Drives, VFDs and electrical panels.
- Experience in machine software integration, I/O testing and calibration.
- Strong breakdown, preventive maintenance and AMC experience.
- Ability to read electrical drawings and machine manuals.
- Siemens PLC / TIA Portal experience preferred.
- Willingness to travel extensively and be based in Thane.
- CNC commissioning experience is mandatory.
- CTC: ₹6–8 LPA, depending on relevant experience, technical competence and interview performance.
- Bachelor Accommodation provided.
