Job summary

KSB Limited in India invites a Service Engineer to join our field service team in Tripura. You will coordinate with Solar ASCs to address complaints and perform site visits for rapid analysis and resolutions.

You will work on developing the ASC network in the region, communicate findings with customers including RCA, and drive product improvement initiatives based on failure analysis.

Qualifications

UG degree in Electrical Engineering (B.Tech/B.E. in EEE) required.
Experience coordinating with field service centers and customers is preferred.
Willingness to travel for site visits and ASC development.

Responsibilities
