Role Description

This is a full-time, on-site Service Engineer role based in Ringas. The Service Engineer will install, configure, and commission medical diagnostic X-ray equipment and related accessories at customer sites. Daily responsibilities include performing preventive and corrective maintenance, diagnosing technical issues, and carrying out repairs to ensure equipment operates safely and efficiently. The role involves providing technical support to users, documenting service activities, and coordinating with internal teams for spare parts and escalations. The Service Engineer will also communicate with customers to explain work performed, offer basic user guidance, and maintain strong professional relationships.
