Job summary

Globus Infocom is seeking technicians to install and commission Education Technology solution products across designated regions. The role involves providing maintenance and timely service, responding to breakdown inquiries, and performing preventive maintenance.

You will also demonstrate products and train clients, with flexibility to travel to nearby locations as project needs arise. The ideal candidate will have excellent technical skills, be comfortable traveling, own transport (preferred),

Responsibilities

• Install and commission Education Technology solution products in designated regions.
• Provide maintenance and services after installation.
• Respond promptly to inquiries during breakdowns and resolve issues quickly.
• Troubleshoot machine breakdowns and perform preventive maintenance.
• Deliver product demos and provide technical training to clients.
• Be flexible to travel to nearby locations as project requirements arise.

Role & responsibilities

• Having experience in the installation and commissioning of similar products, the person will install the Education Technology solution products.
• Providing maintenance and services in the designated regions.
• Provide prompt response to inquiries whenever there is a breakdown and resolve the issue as quickly as possible.
• Troubleshoot machine breakdowns and provide preventive maintenance services.
• Providing Product Demos and technical training to the client.
• Flexible to travel nearby locations in case of any projects requirement.
