Responsibilities

• Machine Installation & Commissioning: Install & commission prepress machines in order to initiate smooth functioning.
• Service Call Reporting: Service Call & Activity Reporting to helpdesk in order to update information for speedy action.
• Machine Maintenance / breakdown: Timely Service to customers in order to ensure minimum down time and effective performance of the machines.
• Technical Support for Sales: Tech inputs for sales team & Customers in order to help them in closure of sales.
• Spares Management: Prepare preventive maintenance plan and execute to improve spares and consumables yield.
