Job summary

Neosea Talent Management seeks a qualified maintenance engineer to inspect, diagnose, repair, and maintain heavy earthmoving and industrial equipment at sites in Delhi. The role covers diesel engine and transmission troubleshooting, dismantling/reassembly, and preventive maintenance, with a focus on safety and quality.

You will prepare reports and coordinate with workshop, parts, and customer teams, traveling to client sites as needed.

Qualifications

• B.Tech / B.E. / Diploma in Mechanical or Automobile Engineering preferred.

Responsibilities

• Inspect, diagnose, repair, and maintain heavy earthmoving and industrial equipment.
• Perform troubleshooting of diesel engines, transmissions, and mechanical systems.
• Handle engine and transmission dismantling, inspection, repair, assembly, and testing.
• Perform preventive and breakdown maintenance activities.
• Identify worn or damaged components and recommend replacement/reconditioning.
• Support complete engine and transmission overhaul activities.
• Work on heavy equipment such as dumpers, dozers, excavators, loaders, graders, and other HEMM equipment.
• Support maintenance and refurbishment of powertrain and mechanical assemblies.
• Conduct equipment inspections at customer/project sites.
• Prepare service reports, inspection reports, job cards, and maintenance documentation.
• Coordinate with workshop, spare parts, technical, and customer teams.
• Provide technical support to customers and resolve equipment-related issues.
• Support commissioning, testing, and post-service performance checks.
• Ensure all work is completed according to safety, quality, and service standards.
• Travel to mining, construction, industrial, railway, and customer sites as required.
