Qualifications

Diploma / BE / BTech in Electronics, Electrical, Biomedical, or a related field.
Basic knowledge of hardware and software installation.

Good communication skills.

Responsibilities

Handle installation and preventive maintenance at customer sites.
Diagnose and troubleshoot equipment breakdowns.
Respond to customer complaints and resolve issues with minimal downtime.
Conduct field visits across India.
Coordinate with OEMs for technical issue resolution.
Submit service reports after site visits.
