Job summary

Omni Recruit Private Limited is seeking a Specialist Engineer Service (Production Printing) to install, troubleshoot, and maintain high-end laser production printing systems (colour and mono) for customers across graphic arts, copy shops and transactional printing environments.

The role involves installation and commissioning, advanced troubleshooting, preventive and breakdown maintenance to maximise uptime, and coordination with internal teams and OEM support.

Qualifications

• Experience in installation and servicing of high-end laser production printers.
• Knowledge of production printing workflows in Graphic Arts/Copy Shop/Transactional printing.
• Willingness to travel for service and customer requirements.
• Ability to work independently in field-service environment.
• Strong troubleshooting and analytical skills.

Good communication and customer-handling skills

Ability to work independently in a field-service environment

Preferred Profile:

Experience with production printing OEMs or authorised service partners

Knowledge of both colour and mono production engines
