Job summary

Aolin Engineering in Chennai is seeking a skilled Service Engineer to join our team. You will handle installation, commissioning, and ongoing maintenance of CNC wire machinery at client sites. This role requires hands-on problem solving with experience in wire bending, wire forming, or spring coiling, and a readiness to travel for client visits.

Training will be provided at our China factory. Strong mechanical and electrical aptitude, good communication, and customer-facing skills are essential

Qualifications

• Proven experience in CNC machine servicing.
• Knowledge of wire bending, wire forming, or spring coiling machines preferred.
• Strong technical aptitude in mechanical and electrical systems.

Responsibilities

• Installation & Commissioning: Set up CNC wire machinery at client sites.
• Troubleshooting & Maintenance: Diagnose, repair, and provide ongoing technical support.
• Fault Handling: Resolve electrical and mechanical issues efficiently.
• Customer Training: Guide clients on safe machine operations and basic maintenance.
