Job summary

Jobitus in Bengaluru is seeking a Field Service Engineer to support on-site installation, validation and commissioning of equipment, and to liaise with customers during the project lifecycle.

You will perform hands-on on-site troubleshooting and repairs, provide high-level technical support to customers, deliver on-site training, and collaborate with cross-functional teams to ensure timely, satisfactory service. Documentation and field service reporting will also be part of your responsibilities.

Responsibilities

• Attend pre-sales client meetings and presentations with account representatives.
• Determine scope and develop proposals.
• Identify client requirements: (technical requirements, client infrastructure, configuration, and requirements), technical design (including solution configurations and diagrams) and planning phases of the sales cycle.
• Provide the implementation team with all necessary documentation for the successful completion of the project (including solution configurations and diagrams).
• Provide pre-sales support for new and existing customers.
• Work with sales to provide a response for technical RFI/RFP questions.
• Participate in all scheduled sales team meetings/conference calls and sales trainings.
• Visit to existing Customer and New Customer Monthly and Generate Inquiry.
• Follow up to Convert Inquiry to order

• Timely complete and submit all required paperwork
• Communicate with the customer to ensure satisfaction and implement any necessary corrective actions
• Misc. other duties commensurate with the capabilities of a Field Service Engineer
