Job summary

Recex Pvt Ltd. is seeking a Field Service Engineer to engage in pre-sales meetings, identify client requirements, and provide technical design documentation. The role includes on-site installation, troubleshooting, training, and cross-functional coordination to ensure project success.

The position involves documenting service configurations, supporting RFI/RFP closure, and timely field service responses. Strong communication and field execution are essential for customer satisfaction.

Responsibilities

• Attend pre-sales client meetings and presentations with account representatives.
• Determine scope and develop proposals.
• Identify client requirements: (technical requirements, client infrastructure, configuration, and requirements), technical design (including solution configurations and diagrams) and planning phases of the sales cycle.
• Provide the implementation team with all necessary documentation for the successful completion of the project (including solution configurations and diagrams).
• Provide pre-sales support for new and existing customers.
• Work with sales to provide a response for technical RFI/RFP questions.
• Participate in all scheduled sales team meetings/conference calls and sales trainings.
• Visit to existing Customer and New Customer Monthly and Generate Inquiry.
• Follow up to Convert Inquiry to order
• Provide on-site installation, validation and commissioning of Equipment’s
• Perform hands-on on-site troubleshooting, service and repairs
• Provide high-level technical support to external customers at their location
• Provide on-site training to the customers
• Interface with cross-functional work teams such as field applications, customer support/services, product management, manufacturing and marketing/sales
• Develop Service technical documentation
• Create and maintain service information in the company enterprise database
• Timely and professionally handle field service calls and issues arising from the field service visits, triage with field applications scientists as appropriate
• Timely complete and submit all required paperwork
• Communicate with the customer to ensure satisfaction and implement any necessary corrective actions
• Misc. other duties commensurate with the capabilities of a Field Service Engineer
