Job summary

Recex Pvt Ltd. is seeking a Field Service Engineer to provide on-site installation, validation, and commissioning of equipment, and to support customers with troubleshooting and training. You will work closely with sales, engineering, and service teams to ensure successful project delivery.

The role involves identifying client requirements, developing technical designs and configurations, and delivering comprehensive service documentation and post-installation support at customer locations.

Responsibilities

• Attend pre-sales client meetings and presentations with account representatives.
• Determine scope and develop proposals.
• Identify client requirements: (technical requirements, client infrastructure, configuration, and requirements), technical design (including solution configurations and diagrams) and planning phases of the sales cycle.
• Provide the implementation team with all necessary documentation for the successful completion of the project (including solution configurations and diagrams).
• Provide pre-sales support for new and existing customers.
• Work with sales to provide a response for technical RFI/RFP questions.
• Participate in all scheduled sales team meetings/conference calls and sales trainings.
• Visit to existing Customer and New Customer Monthly and Generate Inquiry.
• Follow up to Convert Inquiry to order
• Provide on-site installation, validation and commissioning of Equipment’s
• Perform hands-on on-site troubleshooting, service and repairs
• Provide high-level technical support to external customers at their location
• Provide on-site training to the customers
• Interface with cross-functional work teams such as field applications, customer support/services, product management, manufacturing and marketing/sales
• Develop Service technical documentation
• Create and maintain service information in the company enterprise database
• Timely and professionally handle field service calls and issues arising from the field service visits, triage with field applications scientists as appropriate
• Timely complete and submit all required paperwork
• Communicate with the customer to ensure satisfaction and implement any necessary corrective actions
• Misc. other duties commensurate with the capabilities of a Field Service Engineer
