Job summary

United Hr Solutions is seeking a Service Engineer in India to handle installation, servicing, maintenance, and technical support for industrial pumps and related equipment. The role requires coordinating with customers and internal teams to ensure smooth service delivery.

The ideal candidate holds a mechanical diploma/degree with 2+ years of experience in pumps, agitators, mixers, and chemical dosing/injection systems, and demonstrates strong knowledge of installation, servicing, and maintenance

Qualifications

• Diploma or degree in mechanical engineering or similar field.
• 2+ years' experience with industrial pumps, agitators, mixers, and chemical dosing/injection systems.
• Strong knowledge of installation, servicing, maintenance and technical support.

Responsibilities

• Coordinate with customers and service teams for installation, servicing, maintenance, and technical support.
• Handle customer service requests, complaints, and ensure timely resolution.
• Coordinate with service engineers, technicians, production, and other internal teams.
• Prepare and maintain service reports, quotations, job sheets, and service documentation.
• Schedule service visits and follow up on pending service requirements.
• Communicate with customers regarding service status , technical issues, and timelines.
• Maintain good customer relationships and ensure timely service support.
