Job summary

Wipro designit is seeking a passionate Service Designer to design and improve end-to-end services that create better outcomes for customers, employees, and the business. You will collaborate across research, strategy, design, and delivery to uncover user needs and shape future-state experiences.

Join a team working with researchers, UX designers, business stakeholders, product teams, and technology partners to create desirable, feasible, and viable services.

Qualifications

• 3–6 years of experience in Service Design, UX, Experience Design, Design Research, or a related field.
• Experience working within consulting, agency, digital transformation, or complex enterprise environments.
• Demonstrated experience delivering end-to-end service design projects.
• Conduct and support qualitative research activities including interviews, workshops, observations, and stakeholder engagement.

Responsibilities

• Synthesize research findings into actionable insights, personas, journey maps, and opportunity areas.
• Understand customer, employee, and business needs across complex service ecosystems.
• Create current- and future-state customer journeys, service blueprints, ecosystem maps, and operating models.
• Identify pain points, dependencies, and opportunities across people, processes, technology, and policy.
• Apply systems thinking to connect front-stage experiences with back-stage operations.
