Job summary

HYLAND in Hyderabad seeks an experienced Experience Designer to translate customer and user insights into compelling design concepts, journeys, wireframes, and interactive prototypes. You will lead design efforts across product lifecycles and collaborate with product managers, engineers, and stakeholders.

The role requires strong communication, leadership, and an ability to work across teams in a fast-paced Agile environment; occasional travel up to 20% may be required.

Qualifications

• Proficiency with industry-standard design and prototyping tools.
• Experience with responsive mobile and product design.
• Experience integrating user research into product designs and design practices.
• Demonstrated success collaborating with developers and product owners in defining and designing digital products and experiences.
• Experience working across teams to integrate feedback and input from diverse stakeholders (product managers engineers customers and other stakeholders).
• Experience leading one or more designers in projects that span the complete product design and development lifecycle.
• Experience leading design activities within an Agile product delivery methodology.
• Design strategy and thought leadership experience.
• Strong oral and written communications skills that demonstrate a professional demeanor and the ability to interact with others with discretion and tact.
• Strong organizational multi-tasking and time management skills.
• Strong communication and collaboration skills applied successfully within team as well as with all levels of employees in other areas and with customers.
• Strong critical thinking and problem solving skills.
