Job summary

Designit Bengaluru is seeking a Senior Digital Product Designer to lead end-to-end customer journeys and service experiences for a key healthcare engagement. You will combine craft, research insights, and strategic thinking to translate business challenges into human-centered solutions.

Collaborating with product, tech, and business stakeholders, you will shape design strategy, drive delivery, and ensure adoption and measurable outcomes across digital and physical touchpoints.

Qualifications

• 5+ years of experience in experience design, UX/UI design, or interaction design.
• Strong craft across research synthesis, journey mapping, service design, and interaction design.
• Ability to connect customer experience to business value, articulating impact through outcomes and KPIs.
• Excellent stakeholder management and communication skills, influencing senior audiences.
• Proven ability to lead projects independently in complex environments.

Responsibilities

• Lead the design and delivery of end-to-end customer journeys, service blueprints, and experience frameworks across digital and physical touchpoints.

• Identify and shape new opportunities within client engagements, contributing to proposals and expansion of Designit's role.
• Understand client context, business objectives, and user needs to frame engagements and identify new opportunities.
• Contribute to Designit's design community and Bengaluru studio culture.

We are looking for a talented and curious Senior Digital Product Designer to join our Bengaluru studio. In this role, you will work focused on one of our key client engagements within the healthcare and life sciences sector - designing digital products, services, and experiences that are grounded in user insight and connected to measurable business outcomes.

As a Senior Digital Product Designer you will lead the design of complex, end-to-end customer and service experiences. You combine strong craft with strategic thinking, translating business challenges into actionable, human‑centred solutions that drive measurable outcomes.

Operating at the intersection of customer, business, and technology, you shape experience strategies, lead project delivery, and play a critical role in ensuring adoption and value realisation - making Designit a differentiator in transformation programmes.

Key Responsibilities

• Lead the design and delivery of end‑to‑end customer journeys, service blueprints, and experience frameworks across digital and physical touchpoints
• Translate business problems into experience‑led solutions, connecting user needs, commercial objectives, and technology feasibility.
• Be accountable for product experience definition and evolution - setting direction, defining outcomes, and ensuring high‑quality, on‑time delivery with clear rationale.
• Leverage design system consistently, collaborating with the teams managing it closely to ensure an efficient evolution based on use and user feedback.
• Collaborate cross‑functionally with product, technology, and business stakeholders to ensure seamless integration from concept to implementation.
• Identify and shape new opportunities within client engagements, contributing to proposals, upsell, and expansion of Designit’s role.
• Understand the client context, business objectives, and user needs that frame each engagement, and help identify new opportunities within existing client relationships by thinking beyond the current scope of work.
• Actively contribute to Designit's design community and Bengaluru studio culture - sharing inspiration, raising topics, supporting proposals and case studies, and participating in wellbeing and culture initiatives.

Required Experience & Skills

• 5+ years of relevant experience in experience design, UX/UI design, or interaction design – ideally within a consultancy, agency, or design‑led environment.
• Strong experience design craft across research synthesis, journey mapping, service design, and interaction design
• Ability to connect customer experience to business value, articulating impact through outcomes, KPIs, and value cases
• Excellent stakeholder management and communication skills, influencing senior audiences and aligning cross‑functional teams
• Proven ability to lead projects independently, manage ambiguity, and drive progress in complex environments
• Commercially aware - you understand that great design must connect to business value and client outcomes, and you can estimate and plan your own work effectively.
