Job summary

Iron Systems seeks a Service Delivery Program Manager to ensure effective planning, coordination, and delivery of academic programs and services across the institute. The role focuses on maintaining high teaching standards, streamlining program execution, and providing teachers with resources and framework support.

You will monitor schedules, support educators, and drive quality assurance through KPIs while engaging with parents, students, and staff to address service delivery concerns.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s or Master’s degree in Education, Management, or related field.
• 12+ years of experience in academic operations, program management, or service delivery.
• Strong understanding of teaching methodologies, curriculum planning, and student engagement.
• Experience managing teams of educators and coordinating multiple academic programs.

Responsibilities

• Oversee the implementation of academic programs, courses, and services; ensure timely delivery per institute guidelines; monitor class schedules and teacher allocation.
• Bridge between teachers, academic leadership, and administration; provide teaching resources, training, and performance feedback; ensure policy adherence.
• Develop KPIs, monitor audits of teaching methods and learning outcomes, and drive continuous improvement.
• Liaise with parents, students, and staff to address service delivery concerns; collaborate with external partners if applicable.
• Manage academic schedules, class loads, teacher deployment, and operations during exams, workshops, and events; handle escalations with the academic head.
• Track student attendance, performance, and satisfaction; prepare periodic leadership reports on delivery and outcomes.

Key Responsibilities

• Program Delivery Management:

  • Ensure timely delivery of curriculum as per institute guidelines.
  • Monitor class schedules, timetables, and teacher allocation.
• Teacher Support Coordination:
  • Act as a bridge between teachers, academic leadership, and administration.
  • Provide teachers with necessary teaching resources, training, and performance feedback.
  • Ensure teachers adhere to academic policies, pedagogy standards, and service delivery expectations.
• Quality Assurance:
  • Develop and monitor KPIs to evaluate program effectiveness.
  • Conduct regular audits of teaching methods, student feedback, and learning outcomes.

• Stakeholder Engagement:
