GIPS Consultancy in Kolkata seeks an experienced Branch Operations Manager to oversee daily branch activities, including lending, lending security and safety, and ensure strict adherence to the Bank's guidelines.

The role focuses on maintaining strong operations, risk controls and process compliance across branches, driving RBI/branch audits, fraud prevention, and incident monitoring to safeguard assets and customers.

Formación

• Eligibility for day-to-day branch operations and lending oversight.
• Experience in risk and compliance tasks related to banking branches.
• Ability to monitor fraud and ensure safety standards across branches.

Responsabilidades

• Responsible for daily operations of a full service branch office covering all aspects viz branch operations, lending, security and safety in accordance with the Bank's guidelines.
• Ensure operations, risk control and process adherence at branches
• Branch Audit score and SOAX Audit score
• Fraud prevention and Ops risk monitoring
• RBI audits, inspections and incognito visit
